As a pet-friendly and eco-conscious "Zero Plastic" zone, the homestay maintains strict house rules, including designated smoking areas, a prohibition on drugs, and a requirement for pets to be leashed in common areas. Its proximity to major attractions like Nagarahole Tiger Reserve, Irpu Waterfalls, and the Dubare Elephant Camp makes it a central base for exploring the region often referred to as the "Scotland of India".

Neetkundh Homestay

Neetkundh Homestay by Wildwoods is a 22-acre estate nestled on the fringes of the Brahmagiri Wildlife Sanctuary in Coorg, Karnataka, offering a blend of nature and traditional Kodava hospitality. Located approximately 250 km from Bengaluru and 120 km from Mysore, the property is characterized by its coffee plantations, forest land, and the Barapole Left Tributary which passes through the grounds. The homestay features three traditional Coorgi/Malenadu-style cottages—comprising two family rooms and a dormitory—along with approximately 20 tents for larger groups, accommodating a total of up to 54 guests.
